Focus on kubora:

The mind of man knows it.
When you read this statement, you will realize that something unusual is happening right now. The question is, what is it? The transparency knows the power of corruption based on physical facts. In my long-time research, I discovered that corruption is “kubora.” Is more than a corruption-perceptions index; a disease of the soul. This is not new in the minds of human beings because James Wolfensohn, during his tenure as President of the World Bank (1995–2005), famously defined corruption as “the cancer of corruption.”
My eyes opened after finding and reading the statement above, where I realized that even the ancient archive hold this principle, the ancient archive, which I called the kingdom library classified very important message about this thing, “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?” (kingdom library, section of prophets, range of Jerimiah, line 17 and verse 9) The Hebrew word “’anash” (אָנַשׁ) means: incurable, sick beyond healing, terminally ill.
So, Jeremiah describes the heart as spiritually diseased, not just morally weak. For this reason, let us dive deeper into this verse, “The heart is deceitful above all things means that the heart can mislead its owner by justifying wrong things and hiding the truth, and this is the sick beyond healing. Here is the important question for everyone: who can understand it? Jeremiah knew that no one could understand it, because humans cannot fully understand their own hearts, including him.
The world doesn’t understand corruption as cancer
What if corruption is not what the world thinks it is? What if we are misled by our heart and we can’t understand the true meaning of corruption “kubora”, for example, in my country, corruption is “ruswa”, but the word corruption is not “ruswa” but “kubora”. The former World Bank president has discovered that it is a cancer. Does the world understand it? Who told the president that corruption is a cancer? In my research, I met many document confirm that corruption is a chronic disease.
The cancer of the soul is real
The point here is to let everyone understand that corruption “kubora” is a disease and a global health burden, but when it is misunderstood, it can’t be healed. In my experience, I know that you can’t heal what you don’t know correctly, and you can name what you don’t understand. What the world needs right now is not many organizations, political measures, or laws, but the knowledge and understanding of corruption, beyond the definition of this world.
Jerimiah and James Wolfensohn point to the same thing, which is a disease beyond healing, the one named it cancer, and the other didn’t, but he explained how it is very serious to everyone, but the truth is that both oriented us to the disease. Believe me or not, we are facing a disease beyond healing, but we don’t know or understand it.
Work together to heal it
I believe in sharing with the world what corruption is, the way to name it, and the way to treat it, through understanding it as a health burden, not a political issue. In this way, the world will be forced to face it as a serious and terminal issue. Otherwise, we will continue to fight the signs, instead of rooting them out, believing that we are right as we go on with deception of heart. My calling is to let the world know that it is missing a mark and falling into problems stated above.

Ibi byerekana ko ikibazo cya ruswa gishobora kumvikana nk’indwara ikomeye igira ingaruka ku muryango w’abantu bose.
